The Accusound HD Series One has taken us over 15 months of development here in Australia to achieve better sound for both stereo and home theatre. With the introduction of Dolby True HD, DTS Master Audio 5.1 and 7.1 sound tracks on Blu Ray players and the advancements of good quality receivers we had to develop speakers that delivered High Definition sound. Now the Accusound HD Series One speaker system has arrived. With the extended frequency response, time alignment using a horn load soft dome tweeter to align the voice coils in a vertical line, this has given the system superb stereo imaging and presence. You can hear everything from low bass to crisp highs. The speakers are finished in high gloss piano black to suit modern LED, LCD and Plasma flat panel TV's. FRONT SPEAKERS

The Accusound HD Series One front speakers are fitted with 2 x 200mm bass drivers using new cone material and new rubber surrounds. The horn loaded soft dome tweeter is mounted between to 2 woofers in time alignment and the speakers have bi wiring. Many good receivers now have Bi Amp facilities so you can run 2 sets of speaker wires, 1 set to the horn loaded tweeter and 1 set to the bass drivers using 2 extra amplifiers in the receiver. This will give you cleaner sound. The speaker box is fitted with internal bracing to stop vibration. The fronts are finished in Piano black. The speakers come with screw in spikes for carpet floors or rubber feet for tile or wooden floors.

CENTRE SPEAKER

The Accusound HD Series One centre has 2 x 125mm woofers and a shorter length horn loaded tweeter to match the woofers for time alignment. This centre has superb midrange and highs. You can hear every word with ease. The centre again is piano black. You have the choice of mounting the centre on the wall using 2 Accusound Slim Fit wall brackets supplied or place the centre in a cabinet below the TV. The centre has twin gold plated terminals.

BOOKSHELF / SURROUND SPEAKERS

The THR have been designed to produce rear effects for movies, and also give solid, full range sound for CD's or music DVD's. They come with a single hanging clip for easy wall mount. You can purchase extra single speakers to turn your 5.1 into 6.1 or 7.1 systems. Other companies use a conventional centre speaker for 6.1 as a centre back, but through years of testing, we have found using a rear surround will give you a far better spread of sound across the back of the room.

All our speakers are fitted with Gold Binding posts with large holes for good quality cable or Banana plugs.

WIRELESS READY POWERED SUBWOOFER

The Accusound HD Series One subwoofer is a masterpiece indesign and sound. This subwoofer is 350 watts of real power. The frequency response is 19Hz -200Hz and the sub is fitted with a 250mm long throw woofer. The amplifier has high power outputs. We have increased the voltage specs to handle all high voltage from mains. The subwoofer has a volume control, 0-180 degree phase shift, a crossover from 40-200 Hz and a auto/on switch. The sub can be converted to wireless with an Accusound HD Series One Transmitter. If you have a large room and find it hard to run a subwoofer cable, turn your subwoofer into wireless. You can purchase the transmitter directly from Accusound for a cost of $200.00 delivered anywhere in Australia. We set the transmitter frequency to your subwoofers serial number. This subwoofer will give you all the effects from movies and great solid bass for music.
